Access for all!
Lifts to levels
We are pleased to say there is lift access to main levels of the theatre including toilet and changing facilities. Please ask our front of house team for any assistance; we are always happy to help.
Please note there is no lift to the Circle seating area.
Easy access for wheelchairs and buggies
We have space available for six wheelchairs plus a companion seat in the Auditorium and two wheelchairs plus a companion seat in the Studio. Accessible toilet facilities and ramped access is also available.
Companion’s seat
We provide a free ticket for an essential companion who is necessary for your visit, a booking fee still applies. Please call 01474 337500 or speak to a member of the Box Office in person to book your companion ticket.
Assistance Dogs.
Assistance Dogs are permitted at all shows. Please call 01474 337500 to give us prior notice, so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.
Hearing system
Our main Auditorium has an infrared hearing system which is available for patrons sat in rows D to P in the stalls. Please let our team at the Box Office know your requirements when booking your tickets to ensure we get you settled in the best possible seat for you.
Baby changing and feeding
Parents with babies and toddlers are well catered for with baby changing facilities throughout the building. We welcome breastfeeding and staff are always on hand to offer bottle warming too. The Woodville is committed to Family Arts Standards.
Buggy Park
We provide an unattended area for buggies to be parked outside of the Auditorium and Studio during show times.

We have plenty of friendly staff who are year to help you with your needs, please just ask and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Nearby car parking
We have plenty of parking available near to The Woodville. The closest public parking is available at Parrock Street Car park, DA12 1ER; just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.
