What we do

Conveniently located close to the A2, M2 and M25 motorways and central London by train, The Woodville is the ideal location for meetings and conferences.

From 10 to 600 we can comfortably accommodate any event.  Take a look at our available spaces below.

Access into the building is from road level which makes the setting up of any event quick and easy.

Our team of event staff can manage your reception, catering, technical and room set up requirements from start to finish and every event receives a designated coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

We understand how important the internet is to your event and offer free Wifi throughout the venue, plus full technical support onsite should you require it.

There are several meeting and conference spaces at The Woodville to meet your requirements.

CIVIC SUITE 1

Size: L 4.5m x W 7m
Occupancy: Maximum 35 persons (15 Theatre Style)

CIVIC SUITE 3

Size: L 2.3m x W 4m
Occupancy: Maximum 12 persons (8 Theatre Style)

CIVIC SUITE 4

Size: L 8.6m x W 8m
Occupancy: Maximum 20 persons

THE COUNCIL CHAMBER

Size: L 10.9m x W 10.9m
Occupancy: Maximum 100 persons

The above figures are based on the area being used for committee rooms, common rooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, small assembly rooms in line with current building regulations standards.
