Felted Christmas Tree - A Meet the Maker Workshop

Meet Maker, Grace Akehurst to create a mini, wet felted 3D Christmas tree.

Create your own festive decoration using the art of wet felting, in this hands-on workshop. 

You’ll learn how to transform soft wool fibres into a three-dimensional mini Christmas tree, by adding soapy water and friction. 

You'll cover essential wet felting techniques and tips for adding decorative details. 

Perfect for beginners and craft enthusiasts alike, this session will leave you with a unique handmade piece to brighten your holiday season.

We aim for our workshops to be as inclusive as possible and invite everyone to attend. However, if the participant has additional needs, please contact us in advance via:artsandculture@gravesham.gov.ukso that we can make our facilitators aware.

Photography and Videography may take place at any of our workshops/events for future advertising. We will always make you aware before we take any photographs, and if we intend to take shots other than completed artwork, backs of heads or hands, then we will always ask you to complete a permission form beforehand. Should you not wish to be photographed at all, please inform the member of staff.
