Call out: Musicians / Singers for Gravesham Light Festival 2026

Gravesham Light Festival returns on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st January and we are looking for Busker-style musicians/singers to take part! (Please note you won't actually be busking.) 

The Light Festival takes place in Gravesend Town Centre, and musicians will most likely be located in the St George’s Shopping Centre, High Street and Gravesend Town Pier.  

We are looking at a maximum of 5 x 45 min sets a night (2x at St George’s Shopping Centre, 2x at High Street, 1x at Gravesend Town Pier).  

Sets will start at various times between 5.45pm - 8pm both nights. 
 

Performances should be lively, and most importantly, family friendly. They should consist of popular covers, although some original material can be included.  

Performers must provide their own equipment/portable PA suitable for outdoor use. Please note, apart from Gravesend Town Pier all other performances will be outside with no access to power, so PA systems must have their own power supply.  

The fee is £220 for 1x 45 min set  

We are looking for between 3-5 performers per night to cover all 5 sets.  

Please note, all chosen performers must have up to date public liability insurance and we will require a copy before the event.

Please also provide your availability across the 2 nights and confirmation that you have public liability insurance.
