We have 4 commissions for an exciting mural to hang in the St George’s Arts Centre to celebrate World Creativity Day, honouring creativity as a driving force for cultural expression, innovation, and social connection. The project brings together artists to create large-scale wall murals using a variety of mediums, transforming walls into bold visual statements that reflect the power and diversity of creative thinking.

The exhibition aims to:

  • Celebrate creativity in all its forms

  • Highlight the role of artists as innovators and cultural catalysts

  • Encourage experimentation across materials, techniques, and ideas

  • Inspire public engagement with creativity as a shared passion

Theme

Artists are invited to interpret the theme of ‘Step out & Innovate’.  Murals can explore:

  • Imagination, originality, and self-expression

  • Cultural identity and global perspectives

  • The creative process—from idea to execution

  • Art as a tool for connection, change, and inspiration
