Booking fees and transaction fees
Kindly note that a £1.50 booking fee applies per ticket, which is included in all prices that you see advertised. For all bookings made online or over the telephone, a transaction fee of £2.50 is charged (per order). The transaction fee includes the cost of postage, handling and processing your order. Collection at Box Office may be required if tickets are ordered five days before a performance. Don’t forget, if you purchase your tickets in person at our Box Office, you benefit from no transaction fees.
Concessions apply to patrons under 16 and over 60, and they are available on many of our shows, at the promoter/production management’s discretion. Concessions must be requested at the time of purchase and can’t be changed. Proof of concession may be required.
For some shows we offer a Grand ticket rate. This ticket rate is for our patrons of over 60 who are accompanied by at least one child.
We are pleased to offer one companion ticket for registered carers for £1.50 each. Please contact our Box Office in person or call 01474 337459 to arrange this.
Young children are welcome at The Woodville, and effort is made to make their early theatre experiences magical. Young children, including babes in arms, require a valid ticket, and children over 24 months old will need to be paid for. Please advise the Box Office on arrival if you have booked online and require a ticket for a babe in arms. For some shows, children under the age of 16 may need to be accompanied by adult. Please check before purchasing tickets for children.

Tickets can be exchanged on shows with multiple performances at the venue only, subject to availability. There is a fee of £2.50 per order to do so.

We are keeping our website up to date with the shows that are currently scheduled and we are delighted to be taking bookings. However, we are aware that the situation can change quickly and we will refund, exchange or credit with immediate effect should it be necessary.

Covid19 Ticket Bookings & Social Distancing Policy
Patrons must check with their full party before booking to be certain they comply with the above legislation. All parties must ensure they purchase seating options that enable them to remain appropriately socially distanced if they are not from the same household or support bubble. Blocks of seats in any denomination – 2,3,4,5 or 6 – are for patrons who are from the same household or support bubble. If you are not from the same household or support bubble (and therefore need to remain socially distanced), you will need to purchase seats that are socially-distanced from each other. Failing to comply with this legislation puts both yourselves and others who use the venue at risk.
