The Curiosity Collection Part 2

We are delighted to welcome you back to view our Curiosity Collection Part Two. The Gravesham Collection consists of social history objects, memorabilia and souvenirs from years gone by. Thanks to funding support from National Highways, we have been carrying out a detailed collection review which has helped us to understand the significance of our collection and identify new ways in which to use and display it. For this second part of our Curiosity themed exhibition, we are delighted to be working with artist Wendy Daws and members of the Kent Association for the Blind Art Group who have created tactile artworks inspired by a selection of artefacts. In true curiosity cabinet style, the items on display are not themed or in any particular order. The gallery is open to visitors from 9am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.
