Mama G
Mama G tells stories, to children and their families, about being who you want and loving who you are. In the last year her work has been seen at various book festivals, including Hay, Cheltenham and Edinburgh; in New York's iconic Off-Broadway theatre district, and on stage with CBeebies Bedtime Stories. She also visited libraries, museums, schools, nurseries, theatres, festivals and prides - she'll go anywhere! Towards the end of 2024 Mama G's first picture book was published - Oh Yes I Am! - exploring the power of panto and self-belief.
Oh Yes I Am!
Bobby lives in a grey world, full of grey people, leading grey lives. On the outside Bobby looks like a grey person too, but inside, he was hiding something.
One day, Bobby’s mum takes him to the pantomime where everything is sparkly and full of colour. Join Bobby as he uncovers how the magic of panto can help make the world a brighter place!
Age guidance 4+ with the whole family welcome.
