IS IT SAFE TO COME TO GRAVESEND CINEMA?
The safety and well being of our patrons is at the forefront of everything we do. We are following government guidelines in order to ensure that our cinema is a safe place to visit.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE?
All patrons from different households will be seated 2m apart.
All toilet facilities will be stocked with anti-bacterial hand soap.
Hand sanitizer stations provided across all areas for patron use.
Our high standard of cleaning will be added to with particular attention to the areas which will be used more by our patrons.
HEALTH CHECK STATION
We have implemented a health check station - all patrons will visit this before they are able to enter the auditorium.
At present, patrons are only able to pre-book a ticket using our online or telephone facility. No door tickets are available. Transaction fees (usually £2.50) have been lifted to account for this change in procedure. Tickets can be printed at home or shown to stewards from your mobile phone at the newly implemented Ticket Check Desk.
STAGGERED FILM TIMES
Our film screening start and finish times have been staggered to ensure patrons leaving a screening do not cross paths with patrons arriving for a screening.
All patrons will be directed towards specific seats by our stewards, who will ensure there is a 2m distance between them and other patrons. Those in support bubbles or the same household will be seated together in parties of up to 4. If your party is larger than 4, please note you will need to split into 2 groups to be seated - this is to keep everyone safe. If your group size is larger than 4 and there are several children in the party, please ensure you arrive with enough adults to supervise children when the group is split.
CAN I BUY FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, our onsite cafe Spotlites will be open before screenings. You are welcome to purchase food and drink from our reduced menu.
Patrons may purchase food and drink from Spotlites ONLY by contacless card payment, up to the value of £45 per transaction.
Plastic screens have been installed at our cafe till point to ensure the safety of both staff and patrons during ordering.
TRAINING & PPE
All Woodville staff have received relevant Covid-19 training and PPE has been provided to staff as per goverment guidelines for use where necessary.
HOW WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING BE ENFORCED?
We have updated our seating plan so that patrons will always be seated 2m apart from another household. Our stewards will direct you to a specific area and row of seating depending on your party size - please follow their guidance.
