The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm. On performance evenings the Box Office will remain open for 30 minutes after the start of the show. We welcome bookings in person at the Box Office and are happy to take payment by Credit, Debit Card or Cash.

BOOKING FEES A 75p per ticket booking fee applies. For all bookings made online or over the telephone a transaction fee of £2 will apply. The transaction fee includes handling and postage (where performances booked are more than 10 days in advance).

CONCESSIONS apply to patrons under 16 and over 60, the unwaged and wheelchair users (1 carer goes free). Concessions are not always available; this is at the promoter's discretion. Concessions must be requested at the time of purchase and cannot be changed. Proof of concession may be required.

YOUNG CHILDREN including babes in arms must have a valid ticket. Children over 12 months old must be paid for. Please advise the Box Office on arrival if you have booked on line and require a ticket for a babe in arms.

EXCHANGING TICKETS will incur a fee of £ 2.50 per transaction and only applies to shows with multiple performances at the venue.

REFUNDS We regret that we cannot issue refunds except in the case of a cancelled performance. Please visit www.woodville.co.uk or ask the Box Office for a copy of our full terms and conditions.

THEATRE TOKENS are available in denominations of £5, £10, £20. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.

ACCESS FOR ALL Woodville has space for 6 wheelchairs (+ 1 carer) in the main auditorium and 3 wheelchairs (+ 1 carer) in the Studio. We have a stair lift, lifts to all floors, accessible toilets and an infra red hearing system in the main auditorium.

GETTING HERE BY ROAD Exit the A2 for the A227. Follow signs for the theatre. Nearby parking can be found in Parrock Street, just a two minute walk.

BUSES AND TRAINS run regularly to Gravesend town centre, five minutes walk away.

FOOD AND DRINK It is not permitted to bring your own food and drink in to our Venue. Spotlites Brasserie is open daily and our Bar is open 1 hour before matinees and from 6pm on performance evenings.
